ARTICLE 1- (1) The subject of this commercial distance sales contract preliminary information form covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers - Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product / products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below. By accepting this preliminary information form, the BUYER agrees in advance that if he/she approves the order(s) subject to the contract, he/she will be obliged to pay the price subject to the order(s) and the additional fees specified, such as shipping fee, tax, if any, and that he/she has been informed in this regard.

ARTICLE 4- (1) The basic specifications of the Goods / Product / Products / Service (type, quantity, brand / model, colour, quantity) are available on the SELLER's website.
(2) The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales price. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed by the seller. Prices announced for a period of time are valid until the end of the specified period.
(3) The sales prices of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, are in line with the information provided on the website.
Product(s) Subject to the Contract, and Delivery Conditions
ARTICLE 5- 1) Domestic Deliveries will be made by Galipoğlu Hidromas to the address specified by the buyer whose information is shown above to the address specified by the buyer via the contracted cargo company or logistics company or an external transport company specified by the Buyer, within 7 business days after the order is confirmed.
2) Overseas deliveries shall be made to the address specified by the buyer whose details are shown above to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days after the confirmation of the order by means of a cargo company or logistics company contracted by Galipoğlu Form or an external transport company specified by the Buyer.
(3) The above-mentioned period may vary according to the means of transport used, the maximum delivery times foreseen for international deliveries according to the means of transport:
Deliveries by air are also 30 days,
45 days for shipments made by road,
It is 60 days for shipments made by sea.
(4) For products customised according to the buyer's wishes and personal requirements, the delivery time may exceed the estimated delivery times stated above.
(5) For orders paid for with pre-order, the delivery period starts as soon as the product enters the stocks. The time until the product is in stock is not included in the delivery time.
(6) The buyer or the person authorised by the buyer undertakes that the product has been received by the buyer in full, complete and undamaged condition by inspecting the product and signing the product delivery report.
(7) You will be informed separately by Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form in case the number of products subject to the order is high or the supply process is prolonged due to the size of the product volume. You can view your order status by logging in to the website by accessing the Account-My Orders-Inquiry Order Status option.
(8) The buyer will be held responsible for any damages and expenses that may occur if the product(s) shipped by Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form cannot be delivered or delivered late due to the failure of the buyer or the person authorised by the buyer to be present at the place. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to follow up the product to be sent with the cargo company or transport company.
(9) The specified period may be exceeded and Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form may cancel the contract without giving any justification in cases arising but not limited to the reasons listed such as general mobilisation or mobilisation declared in the city where the workplace is located, outbreak of infectious disease in and around the workplace, declaration of legal strike and lockout, suspension of work by the government, earthquake in and around the workplace, flood and fire in and around the workplace.
General Provisions ARTICLE 6- (1) The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product(s) subject to the contract on the website of the SELLER and that he/she has information and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.
BUYER; Confirming the Preliminary Information electronically, before the establishment of the commercial distance sales contract, the address that must be given to the BUYER by the SELLER, the basic features of the ordered products, the price of the products, payment and delivery information is also accepted, declared and undertakes that it has obtained the correct and complete information.
(2) The SELLER accepts, declares and undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and, if any, with warranty documents and user manuals, to perform the work within the principles of accuracy and honesty with the information and documents required by the work in accordance with the standards, to maintain and improve the quality of service, to show the necessary attention and care during the performance of the work, to act with caution and foresight, free from any defects.
(3) The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will confirm this Preliminary Information Form electronically for the delivery of the product subject to the contract, and if the price of the product subject to the contract is not paid for any reason and / or cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product subject to the contract will end.
(4) The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if the price of the product(s) subject to the contract is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution as a result of the unfair use of the credit card / bank account information of the BUYER by unauthorised persons after the delivery of the product(s) subject to the Contract to the BUYER or the person and / or institution at the address indicated by the BUYER, the BUYER shall return the product subject to the Contract to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the BUYER.
Right of Withdrawal and Time Interval in which the Right of Withdrawal can be exercisedARTICLE 7- (1) For the products sold by Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form, there is no right of withdrawal since the sales contract is of commercial nature and the parties should be aware of this and act as a prudent merchant.
(2) For orders placed in error, cancellation of the order and withdrawal is only possible if the product has not started to be prepared for shipment by Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form. This period is limited to 24 hours and order cancellation is not possible after the expiration of this period.
Disputes Regarding Sales and Resolution ChannelsARTICLE 8- (1) Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form exhibits the necessary dedication for the satisfaction of the buyer in all kinds of disputes and disagreements arising from the Commercial Qualified Distance Sales contract and the sales transaction. In disputes arising in this regard, it is important to contact Hidromas in order to conclude the process quickly and in your favour. Legal Remedies and Judicial AuthoritiesARTICLE 9- (1) Disputes arising out of the Commercial Distance Selling Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
(2) Konya Commercial Courts of First Instance and Konya Enforcement Offices are exclusively authorised for disputes arising from the Contract.
Validity ARTICLE 10- (1) After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Buyer electronically, the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Contract will be started.
Other Provisions
ARTICLE 11- (1) This Preliminary Information Form is the initial declaration stage of the commercial activity between the BUYER / SELLER with free will.
(2) Purpose / Scope, Definitions, Other Issues and Trade Registry Information of the Seller, Product (s) Subject to the Contract, and Delivery Conditions, Payment and Connected Services, Right of Withdrawal and Time Interval in which the Right of Withdrawal can be Exercised, Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Payment of Carrier Costs, Channels for Notification of Withdrawal, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal and Cases where it cannot be Exercised, Notification of Withdrawal, All processes such as Product and Fee Refund, Product with Withdrawal Notification and Obligation of Care, Right of Withdrawal, Cargo Companies Used in Shipment, Carrier Companies and Cost, Bank and Refund Conditions, Information Processing Security and Disclaimer Declaration, Defective Product and Galipoğlu Hidromas / Galipoğlu Form's Liability for Defects, Warranty Scope are explained in detail in the Commercial Qualified Distance Sales Contract.
(3) After this Preliminary Information Form is read and accepted by the Consumer electronically, the stage of establishing a Commercial Qualified Distant Sales Contract will be started.
(4) The Buyer accepts, undertakes and declares that he/she has read and informed the preliminary information specified in this Preliminary Information Form and has given the necessary confirmation electronically
